Church Choir

We have a good choir led by our volunteer choir leaders. (Angie has served as our Music Director for many years. She leads the choir, sings special music, and leads congregational singing. She also is a lead singer for the True Spirit Gospel Band). The choir typically begins our service with a call to worship and also provide special music one or two Sundays a month. In 2025 they presented both Easter and Christmas Cantatas! The choir is either accompanied by our volunteer pianist, Marcelle Tyler, or by professional sound tracks. Church membership is not required to sing in our choir. They meet in the choir loft for rehearsals most Wednesdays, 8-9 PM. 

Congregational Singing

Scripture says we should be "speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord" (Eph. 5:19 NKJV). So each Sunday morning during worship we are led by our worship leader and choir  to sing hymns and other songs unto the Lord in worship and as a way to proclaim the gospel. We encourage worshippers to lift their voices and reflect upon the words of our worship songs. (We are upgrading our audio/visual equipment to sing some contemporary songs of praise and worship that are not in our hymnal).

Other Special Music

We have several talented soloists and small groups that share a message in song in our worship services.
